Interskills: e-learning and procedures for corporate clients

The challenge

Flexible learning and performance support for Hong Kong and international companies. Corporate clients needed to convert complex procedures and technical training into efficient formats staff would use.

What I did

Shell E&P: audited technical courses for e-learning conversion. HK Works Bureau: created a flexible-learning project management package for about 7,000 project managers. EastPoint / Colliers Jardine: ISO procedure manuals, pocket guides and coaching materials for 600 head-office and 2,500 front-line staff. MCI WorldCom: online procedures and learning modules. MTR Corporation: re-engineered System Safety and Systems Assurance procedures into an online portal and training packages.

Outcome

Delivered across sectors: energy, government, property and telecoms, transport.
